Skies over Denver will be mostly cloudy overnight, and the low temperature will be about 40 degrees, according to the NWS forecast.
On Sunday a cold front moves into the Denver area, bringing a 20% chance of afternoon showers and mostly cloudy skies. The high temperature will be around 59 degrees.
There’s a chance for snow showers in the mountains on Sunday, with a mix of rain and snow on the Palmer Divide and over parts of the Eastern Plains.
On Sunday night in Denver, there’s a 30% chance for showers, mainly after midnight, the weather service said. Skies will be mostly cloudy and the low temp will be near 38 degrees. On Monday, Denver has a 20% chance for showers before noon, afternoon skies will be mostly sunny and the high temp is expected to top out at about 66 degrees.
Another cold front is expected in the area on Tuesday, and it will bring widespread showers and windy conditions, with gusts up to 50 mph across the mountains and plains.
