One dead after crashing Monday at Eldora in Boulder County – The Denver Post

One person has died after a crash at Eldora Mountain, the second death at the Boulder County ski resort in the past two days.

Boulder County sheriff’s spokeswoman Carrie Haverfield confirmed one person was declared dead after the crash was called in Monday morning.

Haverfield said there was no information available at this time as to whether the person was skiing or snowboarding or what might have led to the crash.

No further information was available at this time on the victim.

A snowboarder died after crashing into a tree at Eldora on Sunday, while two teens were hospitalized after a separate incident also on Sunday.
