Teacher accused of raping student after nude pics exposed and sent round school

A teacher has allegedly admitted to having sex with a 16-year-old student after naked pictures of her were leaked at the school she worked at.

Andee Lantz worked as a teacher at Carnegie Public School when she was accused of having sex with a pupil.

She is reported to have slept with a teen two or three times at her home before nude pictures of her began circulating around the school.

Court documents state Lantz claimed the student "leaned in and kissed her" and their relationship "went from there."

It is understood a concerned mum alerted authorities after she heard Lantz had been spotted with the teen following a homecoming sports game.

The furious mum told News9 she also became aware of the alleged nude picture of Lantz and it made her "sick to her stomach."

Susan Clark said: "It makes me sick to my stomach.

"One of the students had been circulating a nude picture of her.

"In the beginning I didn't know if it was a rumour, I called a couple other mums and they said it was true."

She added: "A teacher should not be hanging out with a high school student, period.

"I don't think this type of behaviour should be tolerated, whether from a male or female teacher."

News9 report Lantz was confronted by the education district superintendent about the inappropriate photo and she and the pupil "denied" any wrongdoing.

Lantz has since resigned from her position at the school and is now facing serious second-degree rape charges in Oklahoma.

In the state of Oklahoma, second degree rape includes consensual sex between a minor younger than 14 and a defendant who is younger than 18.

It also includes consensual sex between a minor who is 14 or 15, and a defendant who is 18 or older.
